The above link goes to an Excel Spreadsheet that contains all members' service hours in PHS' key club. Use this if you have forgotten what service hours you have already performed.
If you need physical documentation of your hours, click on the link above and print out the sheet. Manually fill out your own hours you performed through this club and have either one of the officers or Mrs. Owen sign off.
